The Isle of Wight Council's Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders: -

The Isle of Wight Council (Blythe Way, Shanklin, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours from Monday 25 October 2021 until 1830 hours on Friday 03 December 2021, or when the works has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Blythe Way for its entire length. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure Is required for safety during utility works.
The Isle of Wight Council (Manor Road, Wroxall, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2021

The Isle of Wight Council (South Street, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary One-Way Restriction) Order No 2 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1930 hours and 2300 hours, for one night, From Tuesday 26 October 2021 until Thursday 28 October 2021, or when the works has been completed, a one-way restriction will be introduced along South Street, from its junction with Church Litten to Its junction with Furrlongs, in a west to east direction. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The restriction is required for safety during the Ironwork repairs. Exemption will be given at all times for the Fire Service.
The Isle of Wight Council (South Street, Newport, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Revocation of No Waiting Except Taxis) Order No 2 2021
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1930 hours and 2300 hours, for one night, from Tuesday 26 October 2021 until Thursday 28 October 2021, or when the works has been completed, the No Waiting Except Taxi restriction will be revoked along a) South Street, on the south side, from a point 18.5 metres east to a point 49 metres east of its junction with Church Litten and b) South Street, on the south side, from a point 50 metres east to a point 86 metres east of its junction with St James Street. The restrictions are required for safety during Ironwork repairs.

The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during sewer works.
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0930 hours and 1600 hours on approximately five to ten days, or when the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner; that no vehicle or person may use, or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where Indicated by traffic signs. The closures are for carriageway and footway repairs, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerblng works between Friday 22 October 2021 and Friday 03 December 2021.
