AYRES Helen Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on 29th September 2023 at Mountbatten Hospice. Helen was a special person. A most exceptional mum, wife and friend who dedicated her life to those close to her. She aspired to make the world a happier place. An excellent Head Teacher, she was passionate about the value of education particularly speech and language skills. She changed the lives of all she met with her enthusiasm, positive attitude and drive. Helen was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. A Celebration of Helen's life will take place on 18th October 2023 at 12:45 at The Isle of Wight Crematorium and afterwards at East Cowes. No black ties or black hats please. Family flowers only but donations please to the Mountbatten Hospice who provided such excellent care.
