THE Extraordinary Travelling Film Show is returning to the Isle of Wight from next weekend.

From Ventnor Botanic Garden to Tapnell Farm and Mottistone Gardens, the season includes some of the year's biggest films at some of the Island's most noted venues, as well as family favourites and all-time classics.

The first scheduled screening is Bohemian Rhapsody (12) at Mottistone Gardens on Saturday, July 27, from 7pm.

The biographic — following the story of the legendary rock band, Queen, and lead singer Freddie Mercury — is a foot-stomping celebration of the artists, with an Oscar-winning performance from Rami Malek.

On Sunday, July 28, A Star Is Born (15) is being shown at the Ventnor Fringe Festival from 7pm.

Taking place on the closing night of the festival, onlookers will be treated to the Academy Award-winning film featuring knockout performances from Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.

Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (PG) will be shown at Ventnor Botanic Gardens on Friday, August 16, from 7pm.

Set five years after the events of the first film, Amanda Seyfried resumes her role as Sophie, preparing for the grand reopening of the Hotel Bella Donna, and learning more about her mother's past.

On Saturday, August 17, and Thursday, August 29, The Greatest Showman (PG) is being shown at Bembridge Windmill and Tapnell Farm Park respectively.

The musical — celebrating the birth of show business — can be seen at Bembridge Windmill from 7.30pm, and at Tapnell Farm Park from 6.30pm.

The Travelling Film Show will conclude with the timeless classic, Grease (PG), being shown at Mottistone Gardens from 6.30pm on Saturday, August 31.
