Multiple fire engines called to GKN in East Cowes
FIREFIGHTERS have been called to GKN Aerospace in East Cowes this evening (Saturday).
At 7.30pm, firefighters were called to the scene following reports of a fire alarm operating and a smell of burning.
Two fire engines and an aerial ladder platform from Newport, and a single fire engine from Cowes have been sent to investigate.
