Paramedics called to medical emergency onboard Red Jet Vehicle Ferry
PARAMEDICS have been called to the vehicle ferry terminal in East Cowes after a medical episode onboard.
Crews from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service were called to the Red Funnel vehicle ferry terminal on Dover Road at around 6.45pm.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: "We were called to a patient suffering medical episode onboard the ferry.
"We sent one car and one ambulance and are still on the scene."
