It has warned of torrential downpours between 10pm tonight (Thursday) and 11pm tomorrow.
There could be 20mm of rainfall in some areas.
The Met Service also warned of heavy downpours over a short space of time, which could cause localised flash flooding.
There could also be lightning and wind gusts of up to 60mph.
