A WOMAN appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court yesterday (Tuesday) charged with keeping a child aged under 16 from their lawful guardian.
Jennifer May-Cunningham, 33, of Spanners Close, Chale Green, denied the charge, which related to an incident in Chale Green on Sunday.
Magistrates released Ms May-Cunningham on bail ahead of a trial, set for the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on April 23.
