THE Wolverton Folk and Blues Fair ­— which was set to take place this May ­— has been cancelled.

A spokesperson for the charity event said: "Following the Government announcements this week in response to the Covid-19 crisis, we have had to take the decision to cancel this year’s Wolverton Folk and Blues Fair.

"We hope you understand the reasons for this decision being taken, and we hope to be back next year."
