THE Coastguard Rescue Helicopter 175 has been called to an incident on the Isle of Wight today (Thursday).
The helicopter was spotted flying over Cowes, after departing from Southampton at 11.50am.
UPDATE 2.07pm:
The helicopter was tasked to a medical evacuation from a vessel south of Portland Bill.
The male casualty was evacuated successfully and taken to a hospital in Poole.
No Islanders were involved.
