ISLE of Wight key workers who need to travel this weekend are being reminded that it is officially a bank holiday.
Normally, that would mean reduced services, but things are not normal at the moment.
Here is all the infomation you need to know about Easter travel on the Island.
Ferries
Red Funnel’s (www.redfunnel.co.uk/en/) Red Jet services are hourly at rush hour only - from 5.45am until 9.15am and from 4.45pm to 9.15pm, depending on which direction you are going.
Red Funnel vehicle ferries are now 'stay-in-car' crossings, between Southampton and East Cowes. Services are reduced and all public areas onboard the ferries have been closed.
Red Funnel Ferries says it has no coaches booked to travel between the Isle of Wight and Southampton over Easter, and no recreational vehicles, except for essential reasons.
Wightlink has suspended its Lymington to Yarmouth vehicle ferry.
Wightlink’s Fastcat service between Ryde Pier Head and Portsmouth is suspended.
Wightlink’s Portsmouth to Fishbourne vehicle ferry is running a two-hourly service with some stay-in-your-vehicle crossings (www.wightlink.co.uk/go/isle-wight-ferry-timetables/).
Hovertravel has switched to an 'Essential Lifeline Timetable', with hourly crossings between Ryde and Southsea.
Crossings are between 6.15am and 7.30pm, depending on your direction.
