Fire crews dealing with smouldering grass and trees at Undercliff Drive
TWO fire engines are dealing with smouldering grass and trees at Undercliff Drive, between St Lawrence and Niton, this afternoon.
Crews from Shanklin and Ventnor are currently at the scene.
It is unclear whether the area is on public or private land.
The emergency call came in to the Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service at 4.10pm.

UPDATE: MOre clarification has come thorugh about the location of the fire, which was in an area between St Lawrence and Ventnor, near the coast.
A stop message has now come through.
