TWO PEOPLE and a dinghy have been rescued from being stuck in the mud at Wootton Creek.
HM Coastguard was called at around 4.30pm this afternoon (Sunday), and they dispatched Bembridge and Ventnor Coastguard Rescue Teams to the scene.
The teams worked to bring the occupants ashore and safely secure the dinghy.
The incident has now been closed.
