RYDE School has been approved as a Covid-safe boarding school by industry body, the Boarding Schools’ Association (BSA).

All member schools to adopt the BSA Covid-safe charter confirm they will comply with all government rules and guidance, and will meet a pre-set list of requirements when boarding reopens in the autumn term.

"Ryde School has worked tirelessly to make sure its grounds, premises, classrooms and boarding houses comply with the government guidelines," said Mrs Nicola Wilson, boarding housemistress.

"This is in order to ensure the safety of the boarders who have remained with us for the lockdown period, living as a family at our Bembridge campus, and for the safe return of our boarders for the next academic year."

Ryde School is the independent day and boarding school for boys and girls aged two and a half to 18, offering flexi, weekly and full boarding to children from age 11.
