BOTH Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill have been given the go-ahead to reopen, Vectis Ventures has announced.

Both popular Isle of Wight attractions will be reopening on Saturday, July 25.

"We’re absolutely delighted to be able to announce that ‘we’re good to go’," said a spokesperson for Vectis Ventures, parent company of both parks.

"The whole Vectis Ventures team are continuing their work behind the scenes and can’t wait to welcome you all back to the parks."

Several new measures and protocols have been implemented at both parks to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all guests.

These measures include the introduction of capacity limits, strategic hand washing and sanitisation stations, social distancing, improved signage, enhanced cleaning regimes and full staff training.

Frequent visitor passes will go on sale next week.

The passes will grant unlimited access for the rest of this season, as well as the full 2021 season.
