A retired headmistress from the Isle of Wight will have her footage featured in a documentary created by iconic producers Ridley Scott and Kevin Macdonald.
Julie Croydon, a retired headmistress living in Queen's Bower on the outskirts of Sandown, has been creating scenes for Life in a Day 2020.
The film will be premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, scheduled for January 2021, and will include video clips from all round the world.
Julie said: "These scenes are designed to send a message of comfort and hope to passers-by while the church building is closed.
"With her permission, I even included a clip of one of our members watching and waving from the window of the residential home directly opposite the George Street Centre."
