Old explosives, found in Totland Bay and Alum Bay, were blown up in a controlled way yesterday (Saturday).

The Needles Coastguard Rescue Team was among those on hand, following a call to HM Coastguard from a member of the public.
It released a video of the explosion, at around 4:20pm.
