AN ISLE of Wight record label is celebrating its first major release since launching earlier this year.
The label – named Primed and Precise – is the brainchild of Newport based musician Andy Jones, also known in musical circles as Instrawmental.
Singer Lee-Lee Reid's new track, Warned You!, is the first released by the studio.
Andy said: "Lockdown put a few things into perspective and focused my priorities.
"We were receiving interest in some back catalogue items which resulted in a reissue double pack, so it felt like the right time to put out some material we’ve working on over the last year or so.”
Lee-Lee started out on the garage scene, performing across the UK while defining and developing her own style fusing thought provoking lyrics with upbeat melodies.
After returning to the Island in 2010, she worked with the band House of Weller as their lead singer, performing Paul Weller and Amy Winehouse covers as well as original tracks.
As an artist in her own right, her distinctive soulful vocals have been featured on a number of single releases, played across all the major radio stations.
She has performed at festivals up and down the country and at one time fronted the band Solor Wolf, touring the country as a support act for Dreadzone.
Lee-Lee said: "I wrote Warned You! to say I'm not the type of woman who settles for anything other than total respect.
"I give 100 percent and expect the same back because together we're stronger."
