MANY dream of what it would be like to live in a million pound home but it is a reality for a privileged few.
From glamorous mansions to penthouse apartments, homes are snapped up for enormous seven-figure sums every day.
But have you ever wondered what it is like to live on one of the most expensive streets on the Isle of Wight?
Zoopla has put together a list of ten of the most expensive roads across the Island where homes can sell for over a million pounds.
Ranked top as the most expensive road on the Island was Beach House Lane in Bembridge, with an average house price of £1,060,347.
Like the road name suggests, houses here are just a stones throw away from the seafront, which explains the huge price tag.
Coming in at number two is Bluett Avenue, in Seaview. The street has an average house price of £1,008,809 with the large houses looking out to sea.
At three is Budbridge Lane in Merstone. The road, which is nestled away out of the sight of passers-by, has an average house price of £1,000,294.
Coming in at just under a million pounds in fourth place is Ashlake Copse Road in Wootton. The lane leafy lane which is opposite Wootton Creek has an average house price of £917,090.
The large character properties on Duver Road in Ryde demand an average price of £878,330.

Unsurprisingly, the most expensive street in the whole of the UK was in London, and even less surprisingly it was in the flashy neighbourhood of Kensington and Chelsea.
Kensington Palace Gardens, which backs onto the palace and the nearby Kensington Park, has an average property price of £32,492,346. This is more than £12 million more expensive than the second ranked street, Courtenay Avenue in Highgate, where the price is £20,254,754.
London dominates the list with every street in the Top 20 most expensive located in the capital.
