A WELLBEING Day at Landguard Manor in Shanklin was more than double the size of its previous incarnation.
Organised by Cliff Dutton Reflexology and Freya Turner on May 29, there was huge support from both therapists and attendees.
On offer was massage, reflexology, reiki, crystal healing, and sound therapy.
Yoga classes and QiGong were also available, with good take-up.
Mental health organisation, the Isorropia Foundation, was there to offer advice, and explain what services they offer on the Island.
Cliff said: "Events like these are a team effort. In my opinion, the therapists and practitioners here are the best of the best, and all work so well together.
"Their main objective is to provide the necessary skills, information and support to help everyone with their wellbeing, be it physically, mentally or both."
He thanks everyone for their support and for Landguard Manor for use of the venue.
