Tesco shoppers on the Isle of Wight have reported having their home deliveries cancelled unexpectedly today (Tuesday).
Some Islanders have told the County Press the supermarket has contacted them to tell them their shopping won't be delivered, while others claim it just hasn't showed up.
When they try to book another slot, they said, the Tesco website says there are none available until later in the week.
Tesco has told the County Press it is aware of the issue.
It has apologised to affected customers.
A spokesperson for the supermarket giant said: "Due to an intermittent technical issue, we've had to cancel some orders today.
"We're really sorry about this and are working hard to notify customers who are affected."
It's understood there have also been issues with the scan and shop, in store.
