TICKETS are on sale for MAD-Aid’s annual summer gala – an Isle of Wight cocktail party with a twist.
Now in its second year, the family-friendly event will be held at Rookley Village Hall on Saturday, June 24.
Guests can join the East Cowes-based charity for a night of games, magic, and entertainment by local and international bands and musicians, including Fusion Party Band.
There will also be a charity auction, a raffle, face-painting for children, and an opportunity to dance the night away.
Tickets are limited and are on sale until June 15.
For further information, and to secure a spot, visit MAD-Aid’s website or email helen.mcneill@mad-aid.org.uk
Guests can expect a tropical summer theme and will be treated to a cocktail/mocktail on arrival, all the food they can eat, and a wealth of entertainment and activities, including a bouncy castle.
The event starts at 5pm.
All the proceeds will go to MAD-Aid’s international programmes in Moldova and the Ukraine.
These include renovating a neonatal surgery ward, which has not been upgraded since 1986 and is now in a dilapidated state.
