Mobile phone customers using Vodafone, Sky and O2 on the Isle of Wight are experiencing major signal issues this afternoon (Thursday).
County Press readers in Newport report being unable to make calls, texts or use the internet.
Some have no signal, at all. It applies to those attempting to use 2G, 3G or 4G.
Sky Mobile said it is carrying out 'some upgrades' in the area. It said network service may not be back to normal until 6pm tomorrow (2).
It said: "While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data but we're working as fast as we can to get things sorted."
Likewise, O2 is also experiencing issues.
While Vodafone has apologised for disruption.
It said: "There’s a problem with our mobile network in this area at the moment that may be causing issues with your service.
"We’re sorry if you’re experiencing any disruption, we know how frustrating this can be."
