Drugs and a lock knife have been seized after a police stopped and searched a man getting off a train on the Isle of Wight yesterday (Wednesday).
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said officers were in Brading yesterday afternoon.
A 50-year-old was searched by police.
Officers seized some cannabis, two wraps of suspected heroin, and a lock knife.
The man will be interviewed under caution for drugs and weapon offences in due course, police said.
Enquiries remain ongoing.
The force said: "We urge the community to keep reporting information to us about drug supply in their neighbourhoods.
"This helps us develop the wider intelligence picture, which supports the work that our officers carry out in the community such as targeted patrols and utilising stop and search powers."
