Issues with Sky Broadband are affecting residents on the Isle of Wight today (Monday).
Some Islanders say they have been left with no internet connection.
Residents from at least six towns are reporting problems.
Newport, East Cowes, Cowes, Shalfleet, Totland and Freshwater are among the areas affected.
Sky's website states there are no issues in the area.

A Sky spokesperson said: “We are aware that a small number of Sky fibre broadband customers in the Cowes area may be experiencing issues with their service.
"We are investigating the issue and apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.”

A Sky spokesperson said: “We have now resolved the issues affecting some Sky fibre broadband customers in the Cowes area.
"We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
