The popular Isle of Wight Gala Weekend and Fun Dog Show will return 'bigger and better than ever' next weekend at Sandown Airport.

The free event, organised by Ability Dogs 4 Young People IW, promises to be a celebration of community and the life-changing impact of the team of ability dogs.

The event will feature demonstrations of a range of skills the ability dogs master in training, and will also feature the return of the popular Fun Dog Show, providing an opportunity for attendees to get involved.

Aiming to raise vital funds for the charity’s work, the event will host games, stalls and family-friendly activities while championing a noble cause.

Carol Court, Ability Dogs 4 Young People CEO, said: “The upcoming Gala Weekend is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and share the invaluable contribution our ability dogs make to the mental and physical well-being of young people on the Island.

“We are so excited to welcome the community to what promises to be a very special event.”
