POLICE were called to a crash on the Isle of Wight, which led to a major traffic diversion.
Officers responded to a report of a collision between two cars, on Marshcombe Shute, Yarbridge, at 1.45pm today (Wednesday).
The road was closed while the vehicles were recovered, with traffic diverted through Brading at Yarbridge Cross and Sandown/Bembridge at the top of Marshcombe Shute, where it meets Sandown Road and Yaverland Road.
No injuries were reported.
The road has since reopened.
