Police have released an update following earlier traffic delays caused by a collision on the Isle of Wight this lunchtime (Thursday, June 13).
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary was called at 11.53am to reports of a crash on Lake Hill in Sandown.
Isle of Wight Ambulance teams were also sent to the scene.
The collision involved two cars and happened at the bottom of the hill near Tesco Express.
Long queues were reported along Broadway and Sandown Road.
Traffic levels have since returned to normal after the scene was cleared by emergency teams.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary spokesperson confirmed no injuries were reported.
