A POPULAR Isle of Wight seafront restaurant is up for sale.
Sandown’s Cliffs Cookhouse and Pub, inside the Premier Inn on Sandown Seafront, is on the market but still open and trading.
The sale, the owners say, is part of Premier Inn’s ‘accelerating growth plan’ – a move to ‘exit’ 126 branded restaurants.
Whitbread PLC, owners of Premier Inn and restaurant brands including Cookhouse and Pub, have confirmed the restaurant will continue to operate so it can be sold as a going concern.
The Sandown pub and restaurant opened its doors for the first time in 2021.
The restaurant and bar is open to everyone, not just hotel guests.
It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days per week.
