The owner of a long-standing health food shop on the Isle of Wight has won a prestigious national award.
Sarah Hagen, the owner of Healthy Indulgence on Cowes High Street, has been awarded the CNS Lab UK Practitioner of the Year 2024.
This prestigious recognition from CNS Lab, a laboratory Sarah has collaborated with for over 15 years, highlights her work in food intolerance testing and gut healing.
Healthy Indulgence has been a cornerstone of the Cowes community for 14 years, providing a range of health services, including blood testing and nutritional consultations.
Sarah, a qualified nutritionist, specialises in identifying problem foods, offering a personalised approach to nutrition and health to help manage the challenges of illness.
She said: “This is really exciting to be awarded this trophy, and it still feels very surreal that my Isle of Wight practice has been given this award!
“Food intolerance testing can help you identify problem foods in your diet which are causing an adverse delayed immune response.
“I have helped many people get their health back on track with helping with IBS, IBD, psoriasis, general health problems, menopause – the list can go on!”
