Isle of Wight ferry firm Red Funnel warns of major delays

Isle of Wight ferry firm Red Funnel is warning of major service delays of up to three hours today (Friday).

Due to an earlier technical issue, the cross-Solent operator says it is experiencing delays on its vehicle ferry service.

A revised timetable is now in operation, with some sailings pushed back three hours.

Red Funnel says it is experiencing further disruption due to Cowes Week, so departure times are subject to even further delays.

The revised timetable is as follows:

From Southampton (original departure time and new departure time).

From East Cowes (original departure time and new departure time).
