Have you ever been inside a court building before?
It's somewhere that holds an air of mystery for some and is all too familiar for others.
However, now is your chance to step inside and see how the justice system works on the Isle of Wight.
The court building on Quay Street is holding an open day on Saturday, September 28, from 10am to 4pm, and everyone is welcome.
His Honour Judge Michael Bowes KC, Resident Judge for the Isle of Wight, said: "The Judges, the court team and all our exhibitors look forward to welcoming you to our open day.
"Come and see what we all do to make justice work. See our courts in action for mock trials, meet police dogs, tour the cells, see a police forensics unit and learn about the devil and the law.
"All ages are welcome. We have an art competition for children and an activity sheet to complete with prizes."
