At the British Masters Competition in Derby, on Saturday, Isle of Wight athlete, Emily Fry, was named British Masters Long Jump Champion.
She jumped 5.05m in the third round, to win the W40 Long Jump.
Soon after she also took silver, in the 100m, with a time of 13.24s.
On Sunday, Islander Garry Newton won silver in the M45 Shot Put, with a throw of 12.18m.
