COWES Sports have the chance to notch up their first Wessex League Premier double of the season when they travel to struggling Blackfield & Langley tonight (Tuesday).
Weather permitting, the match, at the Gang Warily Recreation Centre, could see the Yachtsmen climb to eighth.
The last time the two sides played, the Islanders came out on top — hammering Blackfield & Langley 6-1 at Westwood Park on September 2.
On that night, Elias Ahmed, Scott McFarlane, John McKie, Scott Barron, Jez Conway and Connor Kelly were on the score sheet.
Cowes will have been buoyed by their last outing — crushing Whitchurch United 7-0 in the first round proper of the FA Vase recently.
Barron, Conway and McKie were on target then too.
Kick off 7.15pm.
