HODGE John Ralph dec'd Thanks to Right at Home Care Services and The Limes Care Home of Bembridge staff and carers for their kindness and support which enabled me to care for John at home until the end as promised. To Dr Cooney and staff at St Helens Medical Centre for attention over the years and staff on St Helens Ward at St Mary's Hospital for their care for John over the last three weeks of his life. To Richard and Caroline and staff at Weaver Bros and Rev. David Plumb for the service at the Crematorium and staff at The Birdham Hotel for the Reception afterwards. To family, many friends and neighbours for their cards and thoughts, all who attended the Funeral and kindly made donations to Earl Mountbatten Hospice in John's name. But special thanks to daughters Jackie and Carolyn and their families for their unfailing love, help and support to me during this difficult time, while coping with their own sadness on the death of their much-loved father.
