LOHSE Wendy Sunrise: June 29th 1979, Pennsylvania. USA Sunset: July 5th 2024. California USA. Wendy Lohse, recently residing in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight passed away peacefully in her sleep in California after a difficult battle with cancer. Wendy was a chef at Shalfleet primary school in Yarmouth Isle of Wight and is survived by her son Kroy Jagger Kear aged 9 and her mother Tup Bertley of Taunton Somerset. She has two siblings, Kim and Adrian Lohse and a deceased sister, Erika as well as her father Paul Edward Lohse also deceased. Wendy was a three time finalist in the SCOTY competition (School Chef of The Year) and was one of the chefs invited to cook for the soldiers and volunteers participating in Queen Elizabeth II 's funeral. A memorial service will be held at St. James's church in Yarmouth on Saturday September 21st at 1pm. Everyone is welcome to celebrate her life and her accomplishments and have a chance to say goodbye.
