Can you advise please which authority I should approach to seek a remedy to the problem of rubbish bags left at the end of Beach Road, Bembridge.

The photograph shown here was taken last week.

I should add that the litter bin just to the left of the telephone cabin was empty and as far as I’m aware, there was a local refuse collection yesterday.

Rubbish is regularly deposited in black bags at this spot and get opened by animals, hence the appalling mess.

This is now. I’m dreading the holiday season.
