Crash reported in Newport with heavy traffic and bus delays

Southern Vectis says it has been advised of a Road Traffic Incident near to Broadlands House.

Traffic is reportedly heavy in the area, and there are likely to be delays to routes 8 and 9.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "We were called just after 4pm to a report of a collision involving two vehicles in Staplers Road.

"No injuries have been reported."

We have been advised of a RTI on Staplers Road in Newport near to Broadlands House and that traffic in the area is heavy. As a result, there may be some delays to routes 8 and 9.
