Congestion has been an issue in Newport this summer (file pic).
SOUTHERN Vectis has reported significant delays affecting several of its services this afternoon (Thursday).
Congestion means the 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 12 services into Newport are all running behind schedule.
Returning buses are experiencing delays of approximately 20 minutes.
This is having a knock-on effect, leading to some departures from Newport being delayed.
