THE Island's Covid rolling rate has fallen by more than ten per cent today, daily data from Public Health England shows.

The rate dropped from 183.4 to 161.6 cases per 100,000 people in the latest update. The UK rate is currently 270.5, down from 275 yesterday.

There were 21 cases added to the Island's cumulative total today, taking it to 8,153.

There were 31 cases confirmed yesterday (Wednesday), with 21 on Tuesday and 38 on Monday.

This makes the weekly total so far 111 at a daily average of 27.75.

The Island has had 230 cases confirmed in the latest seven day period recorded by the government data, which takes us up to five days ago.
