HERE'S the latest list of Covid clinics opening at Westridge Centre this December.

The Ryde centre is accepting walk-in patients at all of its clinics, provided they are over-18s and living on the Island

Every clinic can facilitate first, second and booster jabs, though those looking to get a booster jab must have had their previous vaccine at least three months prior.

The clinics running are:

  • Wednesday, December 22 ­— 8.30am to 6pm.
  • Thursday , December 23 — 8.30am to 6pm.
  • Friday, December 24 ­— 8.30am to 1pm.
  • Tuesday, December 28 ­— 10am to 4pm.
  • Wednesday, December 29 ­— 8.30am to 6pm.
  • Thursday, December 30 ­— 8.30am to 6.30pm.
  • Friday, December 31 ­— 8.30am to 6pm.

Meanwhile, in Newport, volunteer Michael Paler said the Riverside Centre will continue to host Covid vaccinations and boosters over the winter, provided by NHS Solent Trust.

But all appointments must now be pre-arranged. No walk-in appointments are available.

If you need to book a second jab, or if you have received a text/letter from the NHS informing you that you are now eligible for a booster jab, you must do this online through the national website, or by calling the national helpline on 119.

If no appointments show at the Riverside on the website, you should try again later, as more appointments are being added every few days.

If you come to the Riverside without an appointment, you will be turned away.
