A man aged in his sixties has suffered injuries to his face, prompting a police investigation.
Hampshire Constabulary was called to Milton Road in Cowes last night (Thursday), at around 8pm.
Four men have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and remain in custody.
They are a 21-year-old and a 19-year-old, both from Cowes, a 21-year-old from Newport and a 19-year-old from Ryde.
