THERE were 65 Covid cases confirmed today — half of yesterday's number.
The Island's rolling rate fell, from 705.6 to 673.2 — although this data is always five days behind.
The IW rate, per 100,000 people, is currently higher than the UK average of 507.8.
It means the number of cases confirmed on the Island since the pandemic began is now 31,182.
As of Tuesday, the latest available data, there were 24 patients in St Mary's Hospital, Newport, ith Covid. One was on a ventilation bed.
