FOOD is back on the menu at The New Inn after chefs were found to cook up something special for the Shalfleet pub.
The New Inn has released its all-new menu ahead of foodservice from midday today (Friday, May 13).
The pub reopened on April 11, initially for drinks only, following the temporary management takeover by Simon Cant and his business partner Liam White.
Simon and Liam are familiar pub owners on the Island, already managing The Castle Inn on Newport High Street and The Vine Inn on Upper Green Road in St Helens.
The duo has experience at both the back and front of house over a career spanning nearly 15 years.
Over the past month, the pub has been recruiting front of house staff, chefs and kitchen porters.
