AN ISLE of Wight fine dining restaurant is seeking local produce to showcase at the prestigious international tennis tournament, Wimbledon.

Chef Alex Kimber, and the team at Ryde restaurant Heron, will be catering at Wimbledon Food and Drink during the 2023 Championships.

Alex is a true believer of community spirit and the quality of local produce, and wishes to put the Isle of Wight firmly on the food scene.

He will be producing a multiple course menu, as well as an afternoon tea and stocking a bar. He is asking local suppliers to come forward for a chance to have their produce included.

All he needs is a sample of your best-sellers or favourite produce and the background about your business. The menu is being created in December, so don't delay!

You must be able to supply for approximately 2,000 guests.
