A TRAILER for a new Bollywood action flick — part of which was filmed in Ventnor earlier this year — has been released with the movie itself hitting cinemas next month.
An Action Hero, starring top Indian actor Ayushmann Khurrana, is due to be screened on December 2.

Ventnor town centre was the unlikely location for some of the movie's stunts, which drew big crowds of onlookers during each day of filming over its two-week schedule.
Some of the fast cars used in filming featured in the Fast and Furious action franchise.
More than 300 local residents were on the payroll as supporting actors, with huge sums spent on the logistics.
The crew used Ventnor Winter Gardens as a base and also recorded stunt scenes along Cowleaze, Shanklin, and St Lawrence Undercliff.
Local scaffolding firms were involved in constructing scaffolding around the huge former police station and health centre on Church Street so scenes could be filmed there.
Khurrana is an Indian actor, singer, writer and television host who works in Hindi films and is one of the highest paid actors in India.
