Adverse weather is being blamed.

Hovertravel services are currently suspended due to high winds. Tickets are being accepted on Wightlink's FastCat.

Meanwhile, there are also cancellations on Wightlink's Yarmouth to Lymington service.

As well as bad weather, a mechanical issue with one of the firm's Wight Class vessels is causing disruption.

From Lymington, the 6.15am and 8.40am sailings are off, as are the 7.30am and 9.45am crossings from Yarmouth.

And on Red Funnel, the 6.40am, 7.50am and 9am Red Jet sailings from Cowes and the 6.05am, 7.15am and 8.25am from Southampton are cancelled.

The ferry firm has apologised for disruption.
