AN ISLE of Wight man who refutes he was unfit to drive his car after police gave him a drug and roadside impairment test, will stand trial this summer.
Kieran Grundy, of Scinde Crescent, Shanklin, denied driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs, on Station Road, Brading, on January 31.
He appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, May 11.
The 48-year-old was bailed to reappear for trial at the same venue on July 18.
