Fresh plans have been submitted to convert a former Isle of Wight hotel, which once hosted rock legend Jimi Hendrix, into apartments.
Minor revisions have been made to proposals for the empty Esplanade Hotel, on Sandown High Street.
Plaza Property Developments wants to turn the block of buildings, which has sat empty for years, into 20 apartments, as the County Press reported last year.
The development, which falls within a conservation area, would see 14 used for residential purposes and six for holiday use.

Changes have been made to plans for the rear of the property, to adjust the boundary fencing in the proposed gardens.
On the interior of the four-floor building, there have also been adjustments to the floorplan.
Most of the apartments would be two-bed, and some would have balconies.
The building is perhaps best known for being The Seagrove Hotel, which played host to Jimi Hendrix, who stayed there ahead of his iconic Isle of Wight Festival set in 1970.
Since then the building has had a chequered history.
For years it was used for budget accommodation, before being sold to its current owners in 2019.
It has not reopened since.
