THE parents of teenage motorcyclist Jake Hall, who tragically lost his life in a collision with a car in Freshwater, have paid tribute to their "amazing and treasured son".
Police were called to the accident at 5.32pm on Friday evening (June 23) on Hill Lane, at the junction with Pixley Hill.
A white Ford Fiesta and a white KTM motorcycle, ridden by the 17-year-old, collided.
Jake, from Freshwater, died at the scene.

His family are being supported by specialist police officers.
Jake's grieving parents paid tribute to him.
They said: "An amazing and treasured son — gentle, kind, loving and funny. Passed away too young.
"Will be forever missed by all his family and close friends.
"Wherever you are Jake — rest in peace until we meet again.
"All our love, mum and dad xxx."
Hampshire and Isle of Wight police reiterated their appeal for witnesses.
"This remains under investigation and we would like to speak to anyone with information that has not already contacted us," they said.
