Emergency services have been called to the West Wight this afternoon, following reports of a crash.
The incident happened near Halletts Shute in Yarmouth.
The Isle of Wight Ambulance Service has confirmed it sent two ambulances to the scene.
Police have temporarily closed a section of road.
